Terms and conditions
1. Promoter and administrator
1.1 The promoter is Faster Financial Pty Ltd (ABN 47 651 975 932) of 302 Burwood Road, Hawthorn VIC 3122, Australian Credit Licence 569825 as Lightspeed CashFaster Ventures Pty Ltd (Cash Faster or the Promoter).
1.2 The promotion is administered on the Promoter's behalf by Frazer Marketing Pty Ltd trading as Incentable (ABN 43 098 339 283) of 47 Railway Parade Murrumbeena Victoria 3163 (the Administrator).
1.3 Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these terms and conditions (Terms). By entering, entrants accept these Terms.
2. Promotion period
2.1 The promotion starts at 12:00:01am AEDT on Friday 23 October 2026 and closes at 11:59:59pm AEDT on Tuesday 27 October 2026 (Promotion Period).
2.2 All times in these Terms are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
3. Who can enter
3.1 Entry is open to individuals who, at the time of entry, are:
aged 18 or over;
residents of Australia, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory; and
Cash Faster customers who meet the entry requirements in clause 4.
3.2 Residents of the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible. Residency is determined by the residential address held on the customer's Cash Faster account at the time of entry. Entries from ACT addresses are invalid and will not be included in the draw.
3.3 The following people are not eligible: employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, the Administrator and their related bodies corporate, agencies and suppliers involved in the promotion, and their immediate families. Immediate family means spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling (whether natural or by marriage or adoption), grandparent or grandchild.
4. How to enter
4.1 Eligible customers are entered automatically. There is nothing to register for or submit. A customer receives one entry for each Cash Faster loan application (Eligible Loan) that is both approved and has its funds disbursed to the customer during the Promotion Period.
4.2 An Eligible Loan application approved before the Promotion Period, or loan funds disbursed after it closes, does not create an entry. Applications that are declined, withdrawn or cancelled before disbursement do not create an entry.
4.3 A customer receives one entry for each Eligible Loan. Each customer can win a maximum of one prize.
4.4 The loan is provided at its normal price. No additional fee or charge applies to enter.
4.5 All loan applications are assessed under Cash Faster's normal credit assessment and responsible lending obligations. This promotion does not affect whether an application is approved. Early repayment of a loan after it is disbursed does not affect an entry.
4.6 Entries are recorded from Cash Faster's systems by the Administrator. Duplicate and ineligible entries will be removed before the draw. The Promoter's and Administrator's records are final as to whether a valid entry was created.
4.7 Participating in the promotion does not guarantee loan approval, all applications remain subject to assessment, and standard loan fees and repayment obligations apply.
5. Prizes
5.1 There are five prizes. Each prize is one $1,000 Cash Faster brand e-gift Card loaded with $1,000 (including GST), redeemable for a range of store gift cards from our gift card catalogue.
5.2 The total prize pool is $5,000 (including GST).
5.3 Any card issuance or delivery fees are paid by the Promoter and are not deducted from the prize value.
6. The draw
6.1 The draw will take place at 11:00am AEDT on Friday 30 October 2026 at 47 Railway Parade Murrumbeena Victoria 3163.
6.2 The draw is conducted electronically by the Administrator using a certified random selection system that draws on a third-party source of random numbers (random.org). Every valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn. Customers with more than one entry have a proportionally greater chance of winning.
6.3 The first five valid entries drawn will each win one prize. If an entry is drawn for a customer who has already won, it is set aside and the next valid entry is drawn.
6.4 A record of the draw, including the list of valid entries and the random selection result, will be kept for the period required by law.
7. Winner notification and claiming a prize
7.1 Winners will be notified by email and phone, using the contact details on their Cash Faster account, by 5:00pm AEDT on Tuesday 3 November 2026.
7.2 To claim, a winner must complete the online claim process sent with the notification by 11:59pm AEDT on Friday 27 November 2026 (Claim Deadline). The claim process will ask the winner to confirm their identity and eligibility.
7.3 The Promoter may ask for proof of identity, age and residential address. A prize will not be awarded if the winner does not provide this, is found to be ineligible, or does not claim by the Claim Deadline.
7.4 Prizes will be delivered by email within 10 business days after a valid claim is received.
8. Unclaimed prize redraw
8.1 Any prize not claimed by the Claim Deadline, or forfeited under clause 7.3, will be redrawn at 11:00am AEDT on Wednesday 2 December 2026 at the same location and by the same method as the original draw.
8.2 Previous winners are excluded from the redraw. Redraw winners will be notified by email and phone by 5:00pm AEDT on Friday 4 December 2026, and must claim by 11:59pm AEDT on Friday 18 December 2026 under the process in clause 7.
8.3 There will be one redraw only. Any prize still unclaimed after it will not be awarded.
9. Winner publication
9.1 Winners' first name, last initial and state will be published at https://promo.incentable.com/au/cash-faster/october-2026-prize-draw from Wednesday 4 November 2026, and redraw winners from Monday 7 December 2026. The list will stay published for at least 28 days.
10. Prize conditions
10.1 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
10.2 RewardStar e-gift cards are subject to the card's own terms of use, available at https://rewardstarcard.com.au/, including where the card can be used and its expiry date. The card must be used before it expires; any balance remaining after expiry is forfeited.
10.3 If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal value, subject to any applicable state regulations.
10.4 Winners should seek their own advice on any tax implications of receiving a prize.
11. Privacy
11.1 The Promoter collects entrants' personal information (name, contact details, residential state and postcode, and loan approval and disbursement dates) to run this promotion, including to check eligibility, conduct the draw, contact winners, deliver prizes and publish winners as required by law.
11.2 The Promoter will share this information with the Administrator and RewardStar for these purposes only. If the information is not provided, the customer cannot take part.
11.3 Personal information is handled under the Promoter's privacy policy at https://cashfaster.com.au/privacy-credit-reporting, which explains how to access or correct personal information and how to make a complaint.
12. General
12.1 The Promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes was obtained by fraud, tampering or a breach of these Terms.
12.2 If the promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may, subject to any written directions from a state regulator, suspend, modify or cancel the promotion.
12.3 Once the promotion has started, these Terms will not be changed without any approval required from the relevant state regulator.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights an entrant has under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Administrator are not liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with the promotion or a prize, except liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.5 The Promoter's decisions on all matters relating to the promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12.6 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
